Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of WereLinks, a service provided by WEREBYTE LLC (“WereByte,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using WereLinks, you agree to these Terms.
1. WereLinks
WereLinks is a customizable web dashboard that allows users to organize and access websites and other online resources using dashboards and card links.
WereByte may add, modify, or discontinue features as WereLinks develops.
2. Guest Use
WereLinks may be used without creating an account through Guest access.
Guest data is temporary and is not intended to be permanently stored. Changes made while using WereLinks as a Guest may be lost when the page is refreshed, the browser is closed, or the Guest session otherwise ends.
You should not rely on Guest access for permanent storage of dashboards, card links, settings, or other information.
3. Accounts
Some WereLinks features require an account. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining the security of your account credentials, and activity occurring through your account.
You may not access or use another person's account without authorization. If you believe your account has been compromised, you should notify WereByte promptly.
4. Plans and Subscriptions
WereLinks may offer free and paid service levels, including LITE and PRO. Features, usage limits, pricing, and availability may differ between plans and may change as WereLinks develops.
Paid subscription pricing and applicable billing terms will be disclosed before purchase.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, cancellation of a paid subscription stops future renewal but does not retroactively refund amounts already paid. Any refund rights required by applicable law remain unaffected.
5. Your Dashboards and Card Links
You are responsible for the dashboards, card links, names, and other information you add to WereLinks.
WereLinks does not control third-party websites accessed through card links. The presence of a card link in WereLinks does not mean that WereByte owns, operates, endorses, verifies, or guarantees the associated website or service.
Third-party websites and services are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, security practices, and availability.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use WereLinks to violate applicable law; gain unauthorized access to WereLinks, another user's account, or another system; interfere with the operation or security of WereLinks; distribute malicious software or harmful code; intentionally overload, attack, probe, or circumvent security or technical restrictions; or otherwise use the service in a manner intended to harm WereLinks, WereByte, or other users.
WereByte may take reasonable measures to prevent abuse and protect the service and its users.
7. Security
WereByte takes reasonable measures designed to protect WereLinks accounts, user data, and the systems used to provide the service. However, no internet-connected service, database, or method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You acknowledge that unauthorized access, cyberattacks, security vulnerabilities, or other events beyond WereByte's reasonable control may occur despite reasonable security measures.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WereByte is not liable for losses or damages resulting from unauthorized access to, alteration of, or disclosure of data where WereByte has taken reasonable measures to protect the service, except where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.
8. Service Availability
WereByte intends to provide a reliable service, but WereLinks is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available.
The service may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical failures, third-party infrastructure, network outages, security incidents, or circumstances outside WereByte's reasonable control.
WereByte may modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the service as WereLinks develops.
9. Data and Backups
WereLinks should not be treated as the sole backup or permanent archival location for information that is important to you.
Although WereByte may maintain systems intended to preserve service data, WereByte does not guarantee that data can always be recovered following deletion, corruption, technical failure, unauthorized access, or other loss.
10. Suspension and Termination
WereByte may suspend or terminate access to WereLinks when reasonably necessary because of a violation of these Terms, unlawful activity, abuse of the service, a security threat, or conduct that materially interferes with WereLinks or other users.
You may stop using WereLinks at any time. Procedures applicable to cancellation of a paid subscription will be provided as part of the applicable subscription terms.
11. Intellectual Property
WereLinks, its software, interface, design, branding, logos, and other materials provided by WereByte are owned by WEREBYTE LLC or its licensors and may be protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual-property laws.
These Terms give you permission to use WereLinks in accordance with these Terms. They do not transfer ownership of WereLinks or WereByte intellectual property to you.
Third-party names, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WereLinks is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
WereByte does not warrant that WereLinks will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or suitable for every particular purpose.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WEREBYTE LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or similar damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, WereLinks.
This includes, to the extent permitted by law, losses resulting from service interruptions, loss of data, third-party websites or services, unauthorized access, or Guest data being lost.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
14. Privacy
WereByte's collection and use of personal information in connection with WereLinks is described in the WereLinks Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy forms an important part of understanding how WereLinks operates and how information associated with your account is handled.
15. Changes to These Terms
WereByte may update these Terms from time to time as WereLinks, its business practices, or applicable requirements change.
When material changes are made, WereByte will update the effective date and provide additional notice when appropriate.
Your continued use of WereLinks after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the WereLinks Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented for a particular WereLinks service or subscription, constitute the agreement between you and WereByte concerning your use of WereLinks.
